5. Sharing, service providers and transfers
m-Lab may use carefully selected providers to host or support website functions, email delivery, customer support, analytics, event registration, video delivery, security and related services. Any provider handling personal data should be engaged under appropriate contractual, security and confidentiality controls.
Personal data may also be shared where necessary for legal, regulatory, safety, audit, fraud-prevention or business-protection purposes. If data is transferred outside Indonesia, the final policy should describe the applicable safeguards and how the transfer is handled.
6. Security and retention
m-Lab should apply proportionate organisational and technical controls designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so the final process should also include incident management, access controls and vendor oversight.
Data should be kept only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, contractual requirements, legal obligations, dispute handling or applicable retention schedules. The published policy should state the retention approach used by the production service.
7. Your rights, questions and feedback
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may be able to request information about your personal data, ask for correction, withdraw a marketing preference, request deletion or raise a privacy concern. Requests may require identity verification and can be subject to legal or operational limits.
To ask a privacy question or submit a request, use the m-Lab feedback pathway. The final published Privacy Policy should include the approved privacy-contact details and the relevant request process.
