Getting started
What is m-Lab?
m-Lab is a digital platform from PT Meiji Indonesia that brings together public health information, HCP educational materials, product information, webinars, events and professional discussions. Content availability can vary by audience and access status.
Who can use m-Lab?
Public health articles are available to everyone. Selected educational resources, professional discussions, clinical webinar recordings and regulated product information are available only to verified healthcare professionals.
Can I rely on m-Lab for personal medical advice?
No. The platform is for education and information. It does not replace diagnosis, treatment advice or care from a qualified healthcare professional. For urgent health concerns, contact local emergency services or a healthcare provider.
HCP access and approval
How do I create an HCP account?
Select HCP Sign in, then choose Create HCP account. Provide your professional contact details, verify your email address and submit the registration for review.
What happens after I verify my email address?
After email verification, the registration enters an administration review queue. HCP-only access is activated only after the administrator accepts the account.
Why is my HCP account still pending?
Pending status means the account is waiting for review or additional verification. Access is not granted based on email verification alone. Use the Feedback page if you need help with an existing registration.
Why are some content and product pages restricted?
Some materials are intended only for registered healthcare professionals because they contain regulated, professional-use or clinically detailed information. The access label on each item explains the audience.
Webinars and events
Are all webinars available to the public?
No. Webinar availability is shown on each session card. Some are public, some require HCP registration, and some link to external video providers such as YouTube.
How do I join an upcoming webinar or event?
Open the session or event detail page and select the primary action, such as Register now or Join webinar. Registration requirements and access details are displayed before you continue.
Where can I find past webinar recordings?
Open the Webinar Library and filter for on-demand sessions. A recording may be hosted on m-Lab or on an external platform, and access can depend on the session audience.
Products and medical information
Where can I find product information?
Open Products & diseases, then choose Products. The product library shows the intended audience for each product page. HCP-only products require an approved HCP account.
Can I use a product page as prescribing information?
No. Product pages are designed to help users navigate approved information. Healthcare professionals should refer to the current approved prescribing information and applicable local guidance before making clinical decisions.
How do I report a product safety concern or quality complaint?
Do not use the general contact form for adverse-event reports, product quality complaints or urgent medical matters. Use the locally approved reporting channel configured by PT Meiji Indonesia.
Account & support
How can I update or correct my account details?
Use Feedback and choose HCP account access. The support team can guide you through the appropriate account-update process.
How is my information used?
The registration and feedback journeys should be governed by the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Review these notices before submitting personal or professional information.
I still need help. Where can I get support?
Use the Feedback page for general support, website feedback or account access questions. Do not include sensitive patient details, and do not use the form for urgent health issues.
Try another keyword, browse a category, or send feedback to the m-Lab team for support.
Send us a question, or begin your HCP access journey.
Use Feedback for website feedback and general support. HCP registrations require email verification and an administrator review before restricted content is available.
