By using the platform, creating an account or accessing material that requires registration, you agree to use m-Lab in accordance with these terms and any clearly displayed policy, access label or content notice.
m-Lab provides public health information, educational materials for healthcare professionals, product information, webinars, events, discussions and support pathways. Availability may vary according to your location, account status and the access label applied to a page or material.
2. Information and medical disclaimer
Content on m-Lab is provided for information and education. It is not a substitute for personal medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care or the independent clinical judgement of a qualified healthcare professional.

- Healthcare professionals must use their own professional judgement and the current approved prescribing information, local guidance and applicable standards when considering any clinical content.

3. Accounts and HCP access
Some services and material require an HCP account. To request access, you may need to provide professional and contact information, verify your email address and complete the administrator review process. Email verification alone does not grant access to restricted content.

- Do not upload patient-identifiable, confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information into discussions, feedback forms or other user-generated areas.
- Do not post promotional, misleading, offensive, unlawful, infringing or clinically unsafe content.
- Do not attempt to bypass HCP verification, access controls, technical restrictions or content labels.
- Do not copy, scrape, redistribute or commercially exploit platform material except where PT Meiji Indonesia has expressly allowed it or applicable law permits it.
5. Content, products and third-party links
m-Lab and its content, design, marks, layouts and materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may view and use material for personal, educational or professional-reference purposes consistent with its access label, but you may not reproduce or distribute it beyond that scope without permission.
Some pages may link to third-party websites, video platforms, event-registration systems or external resources. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not mean that m-Lab controls, endorses or is responsible for the third-party service or its content.
Product content, including product images, clinical material and downloadable resources, must be read together with the current approved information for the relevant product. Product availability and access may vary.

Your use of m-Lab is also subject to the Privacy Policy. It explains how the platform may collect, use, protect, retain and share personal data, including information used to operate accounts, respond to enquiries and administer HCP verification.
